Lococo is an online Korean beauty (K-beauty) store based in Madrid, operated by LOCOCO IBERIA, S.L.U. We curate skincare and makeup from Korean brands such as Anua, COSRX, Beauty of Joseon, Medicube, Round Lab, Biodance, Dr. Althea, VT Cosmetics and Purito Seoul, and ship them from our warehouse in Spain.

Yes. We only sell original products from Korean brands. Every cosmetic we sell is notified on the EU Cosmetic Products Notification Portal (CPNP) and has an EU Responsible Person, in line with Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009.

Yes. As an EU distributor, we check that each product's label includes the Responsible Person, the full ingredient list (INCI) and the date of minimum durability or PAO symbol, as required by Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009.

All orders ship from our warehouse in Spain, not from Korea, so there are no customs fees for deliveries to mainland Spain.

Standard shipping costs €3.50 (VAT included) and is free on orders of €30 or more. The exact amount is always shown before you confirm your order.

Orders confirmed on a business day before the cut-off time leave our warehouse the same day: Mondays (and the first business day after a public holiday) until 14:00, and Tuesday to Friday until 15:30 (mainland Spain time). Delivery in mainland Spain takes 2–4 business days from dispatch. Times may be longer during promotions or holidays.

We ship to the Spanish addresses available at checkout. For deliveries to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, any local import taxes or duties (such as IGIC or IPSI) are paid by the recipient.

When your order leaves the warehouse you'll receive an email with your tracking number.

We accept credit and debit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay, plus any other methods shown at checkout. All payments are processed through Shopify's secure payment gateways; we don't store your full card details.

Yes. All prices are shown in euros (€) and include Spanish VAT.

If your order hasn't shipped yet, email us as soon as possible at sales@lococo.beauty with your order number and we'll refund you in full.

Yes, you have 14 calendar days from delivery to withdraw from your purchase. For hygiene and health reasons, we can only accept cosmetics that are unopened, unused and with the original seal intact. Return shipping is paid by you, and we refund the amount paid, including the original shipping cost, within 14 days. See our Returns Policy.

Email sales@lococo.beauty with your order number and photos of the parcel and product. In these cases Lococo covers all shipping and return costs and offers a replacement or refund.

Yes. All products include the 3-year legal guarantee of conformity from delivery.

Cocos are our rewards program. Earn 1 Coco for every €1 spent, 50 Cocos for following us on Instagram and TikTok, 50 Cocos for writing a review and 100 Cocos for adding your birthday. 100 Cocos = €1 off; you can redeem from 100 Cocos and use up to 500 Cocos per order. Learn more on Coco Rewards.

Shop by skin goal (acne, hydration, glow, redness, anti-aging, pores) or by ingredient (niacinamide, centella, hyaluronic acid, retinoids, peptides, PDRN). Each product page shows the recommended skin type, key features, how to use it and the full ingredient list.

The Korean routine is built on light layers that cleanse, hydrate and protect. A simple routine: 1) double cleanse at night (oil or balm + gentle cleanser), 2) toner, 3) serum or essence for your goal, 4) moisturiser and 5) sunscreen in the morning.
